This project is aimed to provide a technical support for examining environmental impact assessment (EIA) on river water quality assessment. The major results of this project are to: (A) Twenty EIA are regarded as review cases in accordance with technical guideline. Review comments of the all 20 cases are summarized in summary tables for further official review process. (B) held one guideline promotion meeting and two experience communication meetings. (C) build up consulting service through phone, email, and website. (D) plan a blueprint of river water quality impact model database. (E) provide recommendations for future revising technical guideline.
